Process Flow:
Front housing laser marking & fasten PCBA→Fasten PCBA with front housing& UV adhesive dispensing & semi-product test→Heat-dissipation adhesive dispensing & pre-assemble rear housing→Plasma treatment/dispensing→AA→Baking & curing→Heatdissipation adhesive dispensing& preassemble rear housing→ Laser welding→High and low temperature aging test→Vibration test→ Air leakage test→ Intrinsic parameter calibration→EOL test→Triangulation.
