Process Flow:
Load lens barrels automatically and the machine completes the following actions:assemble components→ press lens unit during height mesurement→fasten internal retainer →flip→assemble components→fasten retainer→receive finished product(flow process subject to the lens unit assembly process)

5. UV pre-curing and curing are all completed on the machine, without re-aging outside the machine;
6. With high precision torque ring fasten mode, press the lens and fasten, can measure O-ring variables;
7. Advanced communication methods: The use of industrial Ethernet and interface, can easily access MES system, production traceability and monitoring, efficiency, yield, output, alarm records can be quickly exported, can achieve accurate production management and quality control; The global open EtherCat high-speed bus network is used to achieve high-speed, high-precision and high-synchronization motion control, making the assembly more accurate, high-speed and stable communication to ensure the stability of control;
