Process Flow:
Load lens barrel and components and the line completes the following actions automatically:Assemble components→Height measurement during assembly→Pressure measurement during assembly→ Fasten internal retainer→Flip→Assemble components→Height measurement during assembly→Pressure measurement during assembly→Fasten retainer→Dispensing→Receiving(flow process depends on the lens unit assembly process)
Product Feature:
1.The combination of "marble base +linear motor + visual positioning" ensures high speed, precision,and stability operation;
2.Fast Switchover:after the machine automatically replaced its suction head, production requirement could be met without additional parallelism or coaxiality adjustments;operated models are switchable within 10 minutes;
3.Modular Design: the machines are interconnected by simple mechanical structures and electrical plug-ins which can be added to or removed from lines to adapt to changes in lens unit process design;
4.Comprehensive Function:loading machine,laser marking machine,assembly machine,dispensing machine,internal retainer fastening machine,retainer fastening machine,and receiving machine;
5.Visual Positioning and Test: identification of the lens center,lens barrel center, the outer diameter of lens, and the gate angle of P-lens; P-lens and lens barrel assembled at specified angles;multi-point,arc,circular dispensing ensure a good appearance of adhesive shapes at the P-lens gate position;automatic detection of defects such as adhesive breakage, overflow, and adhesive missing after curing;
6.UV precuring and final curing are both completed on the machine,free from additional aging process off the line;
7.High precision torque of retainer fastening;lens pressing during fastening;measurement of O-ring deformation while fastening;
8.Advanced Communication:adopt industrial Ethernet and interface, with easy access to MES;the whole production process can be traced and monitored and data fastly exported such as efficiency,yeild,output,and alarm records to achieve accurate production management and quality control;the global open EtherCat high-speed bus network is adopted to realize high speed,precision and synchronized motion control and more accurate assembly;fast speed and stable communication ensures the stability of control;
9.The production line can be directly connected to our MTF test machine;
