Process Flow:
Load lens manually in the way of a full tray➔Manipulator grips uncentered lens➔Place lens on the centering workbench➔Center lens according to preset specification➔UV light illuminates lens after the preset specification met➔Vacuum suck up centered lens➔Place centered lens on receiving tray
Semi-automatic: Place the uncentered lens manually on the centering workbench➔Press down the pedal switch➔ Center lens according to preset specification➔UV light illuminates lens after the preset specification met➔Manually receive centered lens onto receiving tray
