Process Flow:
Module loaded by the magazine→visual positioning material releasing→fixture stage& target rotationary calibration→NG products sorting→OK products received by the magazine
Product Feature:
1.Dual-workbench design shortens calibration time by 40%,significantly improving production efficiency;
2. Support lens units FOV 20°-220°,which includes fisheye lens unit (ultra-wide-angle distortion scenarios) and pinhole lens unit (low distortion scenarios);
3. Supported Algorithm: compatible with four mainstream models: Pinhole model, KB (Kannala-Brandt fisheye model), MEI (universal wide Angle model), OCam (omnidirectional lens unit model);
4. Target System: checkerboard target; support vertical rotational swing angle (Z-axis) and pitch angle (X- axis),covering the full space calibration requirements;3D image algorithm applied for the parameter calculation;
5. Test Workbench Freedom Degree: three-axis rotational swing angle mechanism;compatible with precision calibration of the edge distortion area of the ultra-wide-angle lens unit;
6. Average corner reprojection error of fisheye lens unit is < 0.3 pixel, pinhole lens unit < 0.15 pixel;
7. Corner coverage of fisheye lens unit is more than 85%, pinhole lens unit more than 90%.
